Going the extra mile – a look behind the scenes at web graphics creation

A little while ago while working on a new website design for a well known writer and blogger, I took a look at her existing site logo, re-drew it, and worked up a couple of page layouts with it in. I thought it might be interesting for others to see (a) the detailed work that sometimes goes into the smallest features of a website, and (b) the quality of the artwork – if you work with somebody who knows what they’re doing, imagine the possibilities.
